Hatton and DiDomenico Making an Impact in 2008 College Baseball Programs

George Hatton has been the regular starting shortstop for the Neumann College Knights in Aston, Pa for the 2008 season. George is Majoring in Sports Management. George has started 24 of 32 games and appeared in 29 of 32 games for the Knights this season. He has also seen action as a second baseman, outfielder and catcher. George led the team in assists with 74, had 35 putouts and a .920 fielding percentage and has turned 11 double plays. He is almost among the team leaders in RBI's, stolen bases and plate apperances.

In 2007, George was the ace of the N-G Saints pitcher staff. He was known around the league by opposing coaches as one of the toughest competitors in the Catholic League Southern Division. Hatton's highlights included being nearly flawless in two starts pitching thirteen innings giving up only two earned runs with sixteen strikeouts. When not pitching, Hatton regularly played shortstop for the Saints infield.

Albert DiDomenico is in his second season with the Gwynedd-Mercy Griffins. Albert has 23 runs scored, 6 extra-base hits, ten stolen bases and a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage.
